There is hope and healing.

Jasmin Yoder, LMSW

Jasmin Yoder is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who provides compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, and ADHD. She understands that life can feel overwhelming when stress becomes constant, emotions feel heavy, or past experiences begin showing up in the present. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Jasmin works with adults who may feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, burnout, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or sadness that will not lift. Many of her clients appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or weighed down internally by grief, trauma, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. In therapy, Jasmin helps clients build practical coping tools while also addressing the deeper roots of what they are carrying.

Her approach is grounded in warmth, respect, and collaboration. Jasmin believes therapy should be both supportive and purposeful—helping clients gain insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier patterns aligned with their values and goals. Whether a client is processing a major life loss, healing from trauma, managing ADHD symptoms, or seeking clarity and emotional stability, Jasmin offers steady guidance and evidence-informed support.

For clients who desire it, Jasmin also offers faith-integrated therapy. She meets clients where they are in their faith journey and incorporates spirituality in a way that feels safe, respectful, and meaningful. Jasmin recognizes that faith can be a powerful source of healing, comfort, and strength, and she honors each individual’s beliefs without pressure or assumptions.

Jasmin provides therapy services in Bismarck, with options for in-office sessions and telehealth. She is committed to helping clients feel more grounded, resilient, and connected—supporting them as they move toward healing and lasting change.
